2020: John Francis “Jack” O’Donnelly

Early Life & Education

Jack attended SUNY Schenectady County Community College, where he met longtime bestie Al Johnson. He completed his associate’s degree before leaving school to join the AmeriCorps.

Personal Life

Jack has been a lifelong vocal activist for animal rights and has been vegetarian for almost four decades.   

Career

Jack has spent time in the nonprofit sector working with the ASPCA and the Wildlife Conservation Network in various roles.

He currently runs an animal shelter and a community spay and neuter program with his best friend and fellow Santa 2020 Al Johnson.
